Director, Green and Sustainable Capital Markets

Greg Cass is a Director in the Green and Sustainable Capital Markets Team based in New York City, leading the origination effort for sustainable products in North and Latin America. Greg began his career at Lehman Brothers in 2006 as part of the Enterprise Risk Management Team within the Investment Banking Division. The team moved to Barclays in 2008 and re-branded itself as Global Finance Advisory (“GFA”) in 2015. In 2019, GFA began to consider the impact that climate change has on businesses, and as the topic gained steam, Greg transitioned to take on a more active role in sustainable finance origination in the Americas. Greg has a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research with a minor in Economics from Columbia University.

Meghan Maher
Speaker: Meghan Maher
Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets Consumer Retail / Real Estate

Meghan Maher is a Managing Director and Head of Consumer Retail and Real Estate Debt Capital Markets in the Americas. In her role, she is responsible for debt origination and execution for corporates in the consumer, retail, and industrial sectors. Over her career, Meghan has executed lead-managed debt transactions across currencies, including some of the largest transactions for Coca-Cola, Walmart, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Union Pacific. Meghan graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and Political Science.

Jaclyn Grossman
Speaker: Jaclyn Grossman
Vice President, Green and Sustainable Capital Markets / Global Finance Advisory

Jaclyn Grossman is a Vice President in the Global Finance Advisory group within Banking at Barclays focusing on the natural resources, chemicals, and power sectors. She has over seven years of experience providing clients with analytical and strategic corporate finance advice with an emphasis on capital distribution, capital structure, and risk management. Jaclyn received a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University for her studies in Civil Engineering and Applied Mathematics.
