AFP Vancouver Cancellation Policy
Full cancellation of registrations are available up to 3 business days in advance of the event (unless otherwise stated). If we are notified within this specified timeframe, a full refund will be made. If a cancellation request is received less than 3 business days in advance, there will be no refund. However, in this case, paid registrations may be transferred if you are unable to attend. Please note that if it is transferred to a non-member, then they will be charged at the non-member rate.
